Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Global Hope Giving website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Donations

All donations are final and non-refundable unless made in error. Refund requests for erroneous donations must be submitted within 30 days. Tax receipts are issued for all donations of $20 CAD or more.

Donation Allocation

We make every effort to use donations for the designated purpose. In the event that a program is fully funded or circumstances change, we reserve the right to redirect funds to similar programs where the need is greatest, in accordance with CRA guidelines.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Global Hope Giving and protected by Canadian copyright law.

Limitation of Liability

Global Hope Giving shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
